started it this Tuesday the 9th of September with the work out plan that me and my brother went through for me.
i got to a point where i was looking at myself and feeling so sad and thought that now is the time, i need to push through this and keep doing it no matter what.
I jumped on the scales to see my weight and my heart sank so low seeing i was 11stone almost... with a bit of a stomach my mum had started saying i was beginning to look fat and from looking at old pictures i saw it too, so i started the work out.
Tuesday was pour cardieo with all the picks for the stomach, legs chest and so on, then when for a 4 minute power walk then straight into a 2 minute run then finished of with another 4 minutes power walk.
I have to be careful due to having bad asthma. But after the first day i could feel the pain in the legs, and i did think about taking it easy, day 2 Wednesday 10th September comes along and i push myself more, and thought as i didn't do my run, i got my self a Zumba wii fitness game, so i thought, yeah why not,.. did it on medium beginners step, class one, and away i went for 20minutes, to find out that i had to do this down stairs and not in my bedroom as i don't have enough room lol, that was funny my poor mother opens the door to hear me "gah stop with the turns! i can no do them in here damn it" just to re close the door on me lol.
After Wednesdays workout i felt a little more painful in the legs and now in the stomach, but i felt great about doing all the work out i had done. and will continue to do the ten weeks.
Thursday 11th... a sad day for the USA and did my 2 minutes silences in respect to all those poor poor souls that went in such a bad way...
I did my workout that i had written out, down stairs where i got more room, with my mum consistently telling me "come on girl push yourself you go another 10 to go!" i really do thank her for this, it does help and i kept going. This work out lasted for just 35 minutes this time, i did a 5 minute run will jog and i can feel all that too now.
Also did 40 minutes on the Zumba down stairs with my mum watching, and bobbing her head along to the music, bless her to bits, but todays work out on that game really did my in and i still got another 2 days to continue this with, my sunday i feel my body may be sore all over but do not fear!
SUNDAY is a rest day, but i still have friday's work out and Saturdays work out to get through lol.
I have started eating health that is hard to do when you work in McDonalds...
I would like to hear from others, on there point of views to how i could loose a bit of weight and what works for those that are loosing weight ^^
